Supply Chain Risk Gap Analysis using the Modified Two-Tuple Fuzzy Linguistic Computing (FLC) Model and Fuzzy Vicor (Case Study: the SHIFOO Food Industry in Fars Province)

چکیده
در سال‌های أخیر با افزایش پیچیدگی، سطح عدماطمینان نیز یافته است؛ ازاین‌رو مدیریت ریسک زنجیره تأمین یکی از موضوع‌هایی است که موردتوجه سازمان‌ها قرار گرفته است. ریسک‌های موجود تأمین، وارده ناحیه تأمین‌کنندگان پژوهش حاضر به‌کارگیری مدلی به‌منظور ارزیابی صنایع غذایی شی‌فو، به شناسایی محتمل و اتخاذ تصمیماتی راستای می‌پردازد. مدل به‌کار‌گرفته‌شده، ترکیبی محاسبات کلامی فازی (FLC) محاسبه مقدار عوامل مطابق طیف معنایی ویکور برای سنجش اهمیت این بررسی ادبیات موضوع همچنین استفاده نظرهای خبرگان صنعت دانشگاه، 5 عامل محدودیت ظرفیت، عدم‌اعتماد شرکت، کمبود کارکنان ماهر، فناوری جدید فاصله جغرافیایی بین شرکت به‌عنوان مؤثر بر ایجاد تأمین‌کننده شناخته شدند؛ ادامه FLC دوتایی تعدیل‌شده شی‌فو دو گزینه «کم» «متوسط» دست آمد. آنگاه تکنیک تحلیل شکاف مشخص شد معیار عدم‌توانایی تأمین‌کننده معین مواد اولیه دارای بیشترین میان سایر معیارها
